AppSec in the age of AI-first development
Today we launched a new legitsecurity.com. It completes the brand refresh we started this summer with a new voice and visual identity, and it reflects where we’re taking the company.

Today we launched a new legitsecurity.com. It completes the brand refresh we started this summer with a new voice and visual identity, and it reflects where we’re taking the company: helping security teams confidently secure and govern AI-generated code and agentic development.
Right now, confidence is in short supply. At the Innovate Cybersecurity conference two weeks ago, I spoke with dozens of CISOs and security leaders, and I heard the same four concerns again and again:
- We don’t have a clear understanding of how engineering is using AI
- We don’t have the capacity to review all of the code being produced, and AI keeps adding to the pile
- We don’t have the context to understand which issues really matter and which are background noise
- We don’t have the means to understand and communicate to other stakeholders how AI is impacting our risk posture
In summary: confidence is, at best, low.
We built Legit to change that. Our Agentic AppSec platform shows you how AI is being used across engineering, cuts the noise down to the risks that matter, fixes them with agentic remediation, and gives you a clear way to report risk to the business. Teams get to move fast with AI, and security keeps up. The new site is built to tell that story.
What you'll find on the new site
- A clearer view of the platform. The platform overview walks through how Legit works from prompt to cloud: context and prioritization to surface the findings that matter, agentic remediation to fix them, and prevention at code generation so new vulnerabilities never reach your codebase.
- Security for AI coding, from the first prompt. If your developers use Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot, our AI code security pages show how VibeGuard secures code before the first commit.
- Pages built for your role and your industry. CISOs, AppSec leaders, and teams in financial services, insurance, gaming, and other sectors face different pressures. We wrote pages for each of them, so you can skip straight to what applies to you.
- Straight answers on how we compare. If you're evaluating Legit against another vendor, our comparison pages lay out the differences plainly, with a focus on context and noise reduction.

Stop Drowning in the 30%
A product security engineer described their AppSec pipeline as roughly 70% automated and 30% still manual. That manual slice is where teams get stuck, and where context-aware prioritization belongs.
